Leather Bound

Back at uni, work is full-on and the weather is rubbish. Perfect time for an outfit post? I think so!

Today the rain and cold saw me pull out all the leather I could find in my wardrobe and result a Monday morning moody outfit. TA DA!

Decided to show my man a bit of love with my new vest from H&M, and go for the band girlfriend vibe. Perfect.

To Round This All Up

My LAST blog post for ELLE magazine has gone up, and I am sad to say that my time at the magazine is now over. Working for ELLE has been the most amazing experience ever, and I really hope to go back to them as soon as I can!

La Sagrada Familia

As I mentioned in my last post, I visited La Sagrada Familia during my short stay in Barcelona, and it was simply breataking in every way! Gaudi's vision for this church was amazing, centered aronud nature and ways of representing Jesus and the trinity throught this; he would be so proud if he could see how far it has come since his death in 1926. I really hope they finish it in 2030 so I can see the final masterpiece with my own eyes!

Now enogh of me blabbing on about how pretty it is, here are some photos for you to feast your eyes on!

Today marks my last day in Barcelona before I head up north to spend the last few days of my holiday back with my grandparents. I am a huge fan of European cities as they are so full of overwhelming architecture and other secrets, and Barcelona did not disappoint! The city if an eclectic mixture of typical downtown European city apartments and the most stunning Gothic buildings reminiscent of Notre Dame. The best part of the past few days? La Sagrada Familia. I have no words that can sum up my love for Gaudi's masterpiece, but I will talk about this in a seperate post. For now, here are a selection of photos documenting my stay. Enjoy!

Jetsetting

The lack of updates have been due to my time in Berlin and working stupidly long hours at long to earn some extra money, I deeply apologise for this.

Berlin was a fantastic trip that I didn't want to end! It was -15 degrees and snowing for the 4 days I was there, but the exhibitions, galleries and book/magazine stores made it all worthwhile. I didn't take any photos of myself as i'm sure you don't want to see pictures of me wrapped head to toe in fur, wool and snow boots, but I took loads of photos of what was around me.
